Trespasser at Sedalia WalMart Charged With Drug Offenses
On Monday night, a Sedalia Police Officer was at the Wal Mart store, 3201 West Broadway Boulevard, in reference to another case, when an employee from Asset Protection recognized a subject in the store who was trespassed.
The Officer made contact with the subject, who identified himself, and confirmed that he was trespassed. The subject's information was given to Dispatch and it was confirmed the subject had two warrants out of Pettis County for felony Driving While Revoked and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Aaron W. Argenbright, 40, of Sedalia, was arrested. During a search incident to arrest, several syringes, a pack of rolling papers, a small baggie of marijuana and a small baggie of methamphetamine were located on Argenbright's person.
Argenbright was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a bond of $75,000 cash or surety.
Argenbright was held on a 24 hour hold pending charges of Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
