
Tipton Man Jailed for Intent to Distribute Meth
Moniteau County law enforcement arrested a 47-year old Tipton man Wednesday for Intent to Distribute methamphetamine.
According to a press release from the Moniteau County Sheriff's Department, deputies assisted Tipton Police with a search of a residence.
Upon arrival, law enforcement made contact with the residents and reportedly obtained a consent to search. Officers discovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, along with materials to package and distribute drugs.
One resident, 47-year old Anthony D. Driskell, of Tipton, was arrested and taken to the Moniteau County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
Driskell was a given a bond of $50,000.
