
Three Arrested on Drug Charges on Route TT
On Friday, March 21 around 10:30 p.m., Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 2800 block of State Highway TT.
During the execution of the search warrant, three subjects were detained. A search of the property led to the recovery of just under an ounce methamphetamine, approximately 10 grams of fentanyl, LSD, three firearms, ammunition, and drug paraphernalia.
Additionally, numerous items displaying the Galloping Goose MC were located. The following subjects were arrested and charges were submitted to the Pettis County Prosecutors Office:
Arica Packard, 34, of Sedalia - Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Prior Drug Offender. Her bond was set at $35,000
Dennis Dotson, 61, of Sedalia - Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 Counts), and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Prior Drug Offender. His bond was set at $125,000.

Charles Monteer, 41 of Sedalia - Trafficking 2nd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution, Unlawful Use of a Weapon (3 Counts), Maintaining a Public Nuisance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Participating Knowingly in Criminal Street Gang Activities. He was held at the Pettis County Jail with no bond.
Sheriff Anders said that this was a long-term investigation with assistance from the Sedalia Police Department, MSHP Division of Drug & Crime Control, and the ATF.
