Stolen Vehicle

The Ford Vogeler was driving was confirmed stolen out of Kansas City.

On Monday night around 11:40 p.m., Sedalia Police located a stolen vehicle out of Columbia in the 500 block of W. 3rd Street.

The vehicle came back stolen out of Saline County.

The driver refused to get out of the vehicle and fled from the stop. The vehicle was not pursued by Officers.

A computer check revealed that the vehicle was stolen from outside the county

Pettis County deputies assisted Sedalia Police in locating a recovering a stolen vehicle in the 24000 block of Oak Grove Lane

Pettis County deputies were notified by Warrensburg Police that they had recovered a red 2012 Ford pickup that had been stolen out of Pettis County

While law enforcement was responding, shots were fired. Prior to officers' arrival, suspects left the scene.
