Sedalia Kiwanis

In years past, the annual Firefighters Memorial Motorcycle Ride has been something our town has looked forward to. This year, the ride was expanded to include a whole day's worth of events that took place all over downtown Sedalia.

The Sedalia Kiwanis will be having a Card Party on Saturday to play some Pitch and Hand and Foot.  The Kiwanis is home to some of the the largest youth service programs in the world. Kiwanis tries to serve children and youth using two approaches. One attempts to improve the quality of life directly through activities promoting health, education, etc. The other tries to encourage leadership and service among youth. They're going to be funding those goals with a great event coming up: their Trivia Night.
