Donut Palace

The Donut Palace has earned a great reputation here in Sedalia - and a lot of us were pretty sad when we heard it was gone.

This weekend, my younger brother is coming to visit from Michigan, and he eats like a starving person. I need to keep my house stocked with food, and I think donuts are a good way to go for breakfast.

We had a great turnout, as expected, for the Grand Opening Celebration at The Donut Palace in Sedalia this morning. How cool is it to have a job that pays me to take off from the usual "in-studio" morning show to go hang out with some really cool people making donuts, long-johns, bear claws, breakfast sandwiches and croissants for a couple of hours?
