Otterville Future Business Leaders of America are holding three benefits for students and an alum injured in a car wreck on October 31.

A benefit dinner for Joe Wells, who sustained serious injuries in an auto accident on Feb. 11, will be held April 9 at the Green Ridge Rec Center, 31649 Hinken Road, Green Ridge, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Darius Rucker will kick off this year's CMA Fest in a way only he could. Every year, Rucker hosts Darius and Friends, a benefit concert at the launch of the country music festival in Nashville.

Keith Urban is bringing his live show back to Nashville for a good cause ... and he's invited a few famous friends!

December is here, and that means Christmas is right around the corner. We have so many great organizations and benefits here in the local area to help underprivileged families enjoy the holidays. Justin Lawson has put together a great benefit and concert to provide families throughout Pettis County with Christmas dinner and presents for families in need.

As many of you may know, a tragic event recently took place in our area when Tipton football player Chad Stover was severely injured during a high school football game. Chad passed away last Thursday morning (Nov. 14) as a result of his injury. Table of 5 Catering is showing support for his family by holding a Wood Fired Pizza Fundraiser to benefit Chad and his family.

Charlie Daniels said he was ready to rock after his pacemaker implant, and he meant it. The country music icon announced the lineup for the annual Charlie Daniels Band & Friends Christmas 4 Kids benefit concert, and in addition to the Charlie Daniels Band, it includes Justin Moore and other favorite acts.

Every year for the past six years Craig Morgan has organized an event and country music concert to raise money for Billy’s Place, a component fund of the Craig Morgan Dickson County Educational Foundation. The primary goal of Billy's Place is to help foster children in Dickson County and throughout the rest of Middle Tennessee.
