Suspect in Monday’s Pursuit Arrested by Sedalia Police
On Monday at 2:44 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to AT&T at 3185 West Broadway in reference to a disturbance with a firearm that was discharged.
Initial information was obtained and a short pursuit ended with the suspect being apprehended.

23-year-old Evans O. Weber of Sedalia was arrested and now faces charges of 2nd degree assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and felony tampering with physical evidence.
