SFCC, DeFeet.org To Hold 5K Raising Suicide Awareness

State Fair Community College and DeFeet.org will hold a 5K walk/run on Saturday, Sept. 9 on the Sedalia campus.

The course will begin on the outside walking track near the soccer fields and loop through the rest of the campus.

All proceeds will remain in Pettis County and help raise awareness of suicide prevention and the mental health issues associated with suicide. Registration is $20.00 to the general public and free to SFCC students and staff.

Runners with paid registrations will receive a T-shirt. Shirt sizes and quantities may vary; available on a first come, first served basis.
