Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Break Time store, 318 West Broadway Boulevard for a report of a disturbance Monday evening. An on scene investigation resulted in one male suspect being arrested. Dustin E. Galloway, 40, of Mountain Grove, was transported to the Police Department, fingerprinted, and released with a municipal summons on charges of Trespassing and Destruction of Non City Property.


 

Monday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Ohio Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed a fight had occurred, but a primary physical aggressor could not be determined.


 

Sedalia Police responded to the 1500 block of South Osage for a reported intoxicated subject who was out of control Monday night. The suspect, Brandon Jackie Cooper, 33, of the address, assaulted an officer on scene. Cooper was taken into custody and transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a fit-for-confinement check, then onto the Pettis County Jail, where he was charged with Assault in the 4th Degree and Peace Disturbance (2nd or Subsequent Offense).

Monday evening, Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of South Barrett Avenue in reference to a missing person report. Carlezer Quinn reported a 14 year old juvenile left the house and was last seen Saturday. There is no foul play suspected.


 

Officers spoke with an unnamed victim on the telephone Monday afternoon. They explained that some time on October 14th, someone unlawfully entered their shed and stole two license plates that belonged on a recently sold vehicle. The plate information was forwarded to joint communications, where they were entered as stolen.


 

Monday morning, Officers met with an unnamed subject in the lobby of the Police Department for a report of found property. The subject had found a Missouri ID and a debit card on the ground near the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 South Ohio Avenue. Attempts to contact the owner were not successful. The items were placed into evidence as found property.
