Early Friday morning, Officers responded to the 200 block of Scott Joplin Court for a missing persons report. A missing persons report was taken by Officers from Kristina M. Nelson.


 

Officers conducted a stop near the intersection of West 11th Street and South Moniteau Avenue Friday morning on a vehicle that did not have license plates. The driver was found to have a Pettis County warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Failing to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Rachel K. Becker, 30, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail with a $60 cash only bond.


 

Wednesday night, Officers initiated an investigative traffic stop on an SUV near East 3rd Street and South Engineer Avenue because a computer inquiry showed the owner's driving status was suspended. The driver was the owner and her driving status was suspended. Tammy M. Sanders Soriano, 38, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department. Sanders Soriano was fingerprinted and released with a city ticket for Driving While Suspended.


 

A citizen approached Officers Thursday night to hand over a small drone he found in the middle of West Broadway Boulevard, between Ohio Avenue and Osage Avenue. The drone was brought back to the Police Department and entered into evidence for safekeeping.


 

Thursday evening, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Scott Joplin Court. Officers made contact with the victim, who said the suspect threw her phone and broke it. Officers then made contact with the suspect, who had left the scene. Bruce A. Gullett, 35, of Sedalia, was issued a city citation for Destruction of Non City Property and released from the scene.


 

Early Friday morning, Officers initiated a traffic stop on a truck for improper registration in the area of East Booneville Street and North Hurley Avenue. A check through Dispatch showed the passenger had an active Pettis County warrant for Making a False Report with bond a $1500 cash or surety bond. A search of his person found methamphetamine. Robert Eugene Martin Jr., 55, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Martin was placed on a 24 hour hold on the warrant, and pending a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.


 

Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Thompson Boulevard for a requested trespassing on a subject believed to be stealing from The Buckle store Thursday morning. Officers identified the suspect. Officers ran the suspect's name through Dispatch and was informed that the suspect had a Failure to Appear warrant out of Pettis County on original charges of Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. Jessica Kay Salmons, 32 of Sedalia, was placed in custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail with a bond of $150 cash only.


 

Thursday morning, a property damage report was taken from Jonathan Campbell in the 900 block of East 6th Street. Sometime overnight, someone smashed the windshield on a vehicle. Approximate damage value is $370. At the time of the report there was suspect information.


 

A vehicle stop was made in the 1500 block of Thompson Boulevard Thursday morning for a traffic violation. The operator was found to have a suspended license and was arrested without incident. Lisa Lynn Raps, 32, of Sedalia, was brought to the Police Department for fingerprints and released with a citation for Driving While Suspended and Speeding.


 

Thursday afternoon, Officers responded to the 800 block of Ruth Ann Driver for an assist agency report. On arrival, Police met with a Burrell Behavior health employee who was on location to speak with a subject at the request of family. Services from Burrell were offered to the subject. A report was completed for documentation purposes.


 

Christopher A. Miller came to the Police Headquarters to bring found property he located on West 20th Street between South Grand and Harrison Wednesday morning. A black case with an Otoscope kit was located. The owner is unknown. The case will be placed into evidence as found property.


 

On the evening of June 2nd, Carolyn Albin reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked at West Main Street and South Osage Avenue. The approximate value of the damage is about $180. At the time of the report, there was no suspect information.


 

Officers conducted a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon at the Casey's store, 1601 East Broadway Boulevard. The vehicle was not displaying proper registration on the front and the license plate didn't match to the vehicle. Officers made contact with the driver, and he admitted he had a revoked driving status. The driver's information was collected by Dispatch and it was confirmed the driver was revoked. Michael Anthony Fillicetti, 38, of Sedalia, was taken into custody. Fillicetti was booked and released pending charges of Driving While Suspended and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
