Monday night, Sedalia Police were dispatched to assist on a traffic stop in the Wal Mart parking lot, 3201 West Broadway Boulevard. When Officers arrived, they spoke with the driver, and detected the odor of intoxicants on his breath. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated. Phillip Pierce, 43, Homeless, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Pierce was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he provided a breath sample that showed his BAC to be above 0.08. Pierce was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.


 

Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North Lamine Avenue Monday evening for a reported physical domestic incident. A primary physical aggressor was determined. Tasha Nichole Snopel, 25, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Snopel was placed on a 24 hour hold pending charges of Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree.


 

Monday morning, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard after observing it did not have a front license plate, and the back license plate was obscured. A computer check of the back license plate showed it was an expired 2019 plate with a Missouri "23" registration sticker. Alexander Clinton Kroeger, 42, of Sedalia, was arrested for being in possession of a forged license plate. Kroeger was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked on charges of Forgery and Display of an Unlawful Plate on a Motor Vehicle, then released.

Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Lewis Circle Monday morning in reference to harassment. The reporting party stated her aunt, who lives in St Louis, made a social media post accusing the reporting party of being a child molester. There was no further information in the report.


 

Monday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of North Woodlawn Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers met with the suspects, who are married and live together. The subjects had been involved in a physical disturbance prior to Police's arrival. A primary physical aggressor could not be determined. A 12 hour log report was completed.
