Wednesday morning, Officers met with Oscar Marcos in the lobby of the Police Department. Marcos stated that sometime in the last twenty four hours, the front license plate was either lost or stolen from his vehicle in the 1200 block of South Stewart Avenue. There are no suspects at the time of the report.
