Sedalia Man Charged With Trespassing, Property Damage
On Friday afternoon, Sedalia Police were dispatched to Broadway Woods Express, 703 East Broadway Boulevard, in reference to a possible disturbance with weapons.
Witnesses described that a male subject was yelling about people coming after him with a gun.
A short time after this, officers received information about the suspect going into the Break Time store, 808 East Broadway.
The suspect then entered the Break Time and began holding the doors shut. The suspect entered a room marked for Employees Only.
While inside, the suspect damaged property belonging to the business. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
Michael K. Moore, 42, homeless, was placed on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of state charges for 2nd Degree Trespassing and 2nd Degree Property Damage.
