Search Warrant Yields One Arrest at Budget Inn

On Monday at 1:59 p.m., the SPD's Crime Resolution Unit, Criminal Investigations Bureau, and Pettis County Deputies responded to Budget Inn, 4710 South Limit, to serve a drug-related search warrant.

Upon arrival, entry was made and two adult subjects were taken into custody. A search of the room was conducted and a substantial amount of methamphetamine was located.

At the conclusion of the investigation, a male subject was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

33-year-old Timothy S. LeMaire now faces charges of 2nd Degree Drug Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Parole Absconder Warrant with no bond.
