On the morning of November 3rd, Pettis County Deputies responded to Highway 65 and Bothwell Park Road for a motor vehicle accident involving a deer.


 

Late Sunday night, the Pettis County K9 Unit and Pettis County Deputies responded to the 100 block of Villa Drive in reference to a female screaming. During the investigation, Deputies made contact with someone inside the residence, who advised there was a physical altercation, but all parties left. A short time later, Deputies and the K9 Unit were dispatched to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office for a report of a female who was assaulted in the 100 block of Villa Drive. Pettis County Deputies are looking for the whereabouts of Terry G. Doyle Jr., and would like to speak with him about the altercation.


 

Early Tuesday morning, the Pettis County K9 Unit conducted a traffic stop in the area of East 16th Street and Hancock. During the traffic stop, K9 Cav was deployed and alerted to the vehicle. During the search, a syringe with a reddish substance was located in the passenger door. The passenger was finally identified as Trevor J. Tennery of Kansas. Tennery was arrested on a warrant out of Kansas, along with charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


 

On the afternoon of November 2nd, Thomas Wilson, 68, of Sedalia, reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that someone from Indianapolis, Indiana sent him a fraudulent check in the amount of $5,520.17. The investigation continues.
