Pettis County Baby Café Plans Halloween Party
Pettis County Baby Café, a collaborative effort between Bothwell Regional Health Center and Pettis County WIC, is hosting a “Spooktacular” Halloween party for breastfeeding mummies and their little ghouls.
The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24 in the Women’s Health and Newborn Care lobby on the hospital’s first floor.
The free event features a costume contest, snacks and Halloween-themed activities. Voting for the costume contest will take place on the Pettis County Baby Café Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PettisCountyBreastfeedingCoalition.
Photos of all costume contest participants will be posted and the top three costumes with the most likes will win a prize. Voting ends at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31.

Baby Café is a free weekly breastfeeding support group for nursing mothers or pregnant women thinking about breastfeeding. It is open from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays in the Women’s Health and Newborn Care lobby on the first floor of the hospital.
No appointment is needed and refreshments are available.
