New Breed Wrestling and Bob Orton Meet-and-Greet to Benefit Uptown Theatre
New Breed Wrestling is returning to Sedalia on September 30 and tickets go on sale from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12 at America's Car Mart in Sedalia.
According to a press release from New Breed Wrestling, this is a fundraiser to help raise funds for the Uptown Theatre renovation project.
The proceeds will go toward purchasing construction materials that are needed to renovate the historic theatre in Downtown Sedalia.
The press release says there will be will be a full-night of old school wrestling matches featuring such stars as NBW World Champion Superstar Steve with his manager Travis Cook, who will be defending the belt against top-contender Kyle Roberts.
"The Legacy" LeLand Race, son of the legendary Harley Race, and "The Suplex Cyclone" Curt Cannon will also be in action!
The wrestling match will take place at Convention Hall in Liberty Park. The doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the Bell-time at 7:00. Convention Hall is located at 1500 W. 3rd Street.
Ringside seats are $12.00, and general admission seats are $10.00. Children age 6 and under get in free!
Prior to the wrestling show there will be a meet and greet with former WWF Superstar and WWE Hall of fame member - Cowboy Bob Orton Jr, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m! The cost for the meet and greet is $25.00 and includes pictures with Orton and your ticket to the show that night (Plus you will also be able to select your seats personally before the doors open to the public)!
Tickets go on sale Saturday, August 12, at 10:00 a.m. at America's Car Mart in Sedalia. Tickets will be on sale until noon!
