Keith Urban Is at His Best Performing ‘Parallel Line’ in His Living Room [Watch]
Throughout his career, Keith Urban has delighted millions with high-capacity, electric shows. But he is just as magical when he sits down at his home piano and sings, like in this impromptu performance of "Parallel Line."
Fans immediately responded to the sweet serenade, filling Urban’s Instagram page with comments about the performance. "You are truly blessed (and I have) loved everything you have ever sang,” wrote one fan, with another saying "you just keep getting better and better."
Actually This "Parallel Line" Performance Might Have Been Sweeter
Indeed, there is something achingly sweet about watching the country superstar close his eyes and sing, his voice quivering on the high notes. Plus, it gives fans a chance to appreciate the song so much more when it is delivered in its natural state.
"Parallel Line" is featured on Urban’s current album Graffiti U, which is his ninth studio album and first in two years (and gave him his highest first week sales figure in nearly eight years).
"Just off a plane to a “screaming” phone filled with texts and emails about Graffiti U and I still feel like I’m in the clouds!!" Urban remarked after the album hit the top spot on the Billboard Country Album Chart in its first week of release. "I feel so blessed and thankful to everyone who is coming along on the ride with me."
"Coming Home" is the current single from Graffiti U, on country radio now.
