Kacey Musgraves performed a rendition of her hit "Rainbow" at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday (March 14) with special guest Chris Martin of Coldplay.

Musgraves appeared in a yellow gown, perched on a neon rainbow, as she sang the song with piano accompaniment from Martin. The audience got into the spirit too, sporting glow bracelets that flashed different colors.

Surprisingly, Martin—a well-known frontman—did not sing during the performance. After the song finished, the telecast cut to a staircase being pulled in for Musgraves to descend from her rainbow.

Musgraves ended up taking home a trophy for Best Cover Song, along with Harry Styles, on their collaboration of Shania Twain's hit "You're Still The One." The award is a socially-voted honor decided by fans.

The 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards were broadcast live on FOX at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
