Top Grocery Chain Opening New Missouri Store Soon

Soon is a very inexact word, but it would appear that the opening of a new Missouri location from the nation's top-rated grocery brand is imminent based on an update to their website.

A new article from Cheapism caught my eye as it mentions that one of America's most trendy grocery brands is about to open 30 new locations across the country. They say that Trader Joe's will soon open a new store at 201 N Stadium Boulevard in Columbia, Missouri in what used to be a Macy's.

This is now confirmed by Trader Joe's official website which recently updated the status to this.

If you look at the newest American Customer Satisfaction Index ratings, you'll see that no chain is rated higher than Trader Joe's. Up until now, Trader Joe's has only had a presence of 5 stores in Missouri. I'm no math genius but even I know this will be their 6th store and I have to wonder if there are more to come. Not counting this new location coming to Columbia, Trader Joe's is in Brentwood, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Des Peres and Kansas City. Is it possible they would be interested in a Springfield location someday?

This new update to the status of the Columbia, Missouri location would seem to indicate they plan to open relatively soon. More grocery options is always a good thing no matter if Trader Joe's is your favorite or not.
