We avoided the severe weather across West Central Missouri in the overnight, but another round could be coming through the day and into tomorrow morning.

The National Weather service has issued a flash flood watch that will be in effect through 7 tomorrow morning (Sept. 19).

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible, according to the National Weather Service. They claim hazards with any storm that develops may include dangerous and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, hail, gusty winds and moderate to heavy rainfall tonight.
