If you've purchased supplements lately for a problem that many adult men deal with, you might want to check the medicine cabinet as there are several dangerous pills that were shipped to Missouri that just might kill you.

The Food and Drug Administration sent out a warning this week about two different dietary supplements that include something they weren't supposed to include. The ingredients in question are "Undeclared Tadalafil and Nortadalafil" according to the FDA. They are used to deal with male erectile dysfunction. The product from company Today the World looks like this.

The bulletin says that many in Missouri and other states purchased these supplements online. The FDA warns that these supplements with unapproved ingredients that could interact with prescription drugs and "may cause a significant drop in blood pressure that may be life threatening".

Those most in danger if this product is used are those with "diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates".

The FDA bulletin says "customers can call 888-767-4889 or text 360-747-7411, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday, for instructions on the return and refund process".

The FDA says that this product from Today the World is also a part of this urgent recall.
