Comic-Con 2014 Toy Exclusives: The 12 Hottest Items You’ll Absolutely Want to Own
Comic-Con 2014 is just around the corner, and while we can't wait to get the lowdown on the most-anticipated movies and TV shows coming in the years ahead, we can't forget about all the exclusive toys and merchandise that'll be offered to attendees.
From those super-sweet Funko Pop! figures to 'Alien' in a box, there's arguably too much coolness to handle. But don't worry! We've taken the liberty to wade through the many Comic-Con 2014 toy offerings and hand pick some of our favorites. If you're one of those crazy kids making their way to San Diego in a couple weeks, be sure to keep these products on your radar.

'Alien' Egg Chamber ReAction Playset
$100, Booth 5245It's odd to hear how some people still haven't seen films like 'Alien,' especially those Millennials everyone always complains about, but now the uninformed can learn to love the film with that childlike sense of wonder.
Super7 and Funko announced their 'Alien' Egg Chamber ReAction Playset will be making its debut at this year's Comic-Con! Spoofing those kid sets of the '70s a bit, this offering transforms that egg chamber, through which Kane (John Hurt) famously ventured, into something even kids can enjoy, though let's keep them in the dark about the horrors that overtook the human crew.
Sadly, though, supplies are limited to 250 units and only one will be issued per person.

'Ghostbusters' Gets Funko!
Price TBDAs if the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man wasn't adorable enough, now he comes in Funko Pop! form. The toy line already released its 'Ghostbusters' set, which includes the likes of Slimer, our Ghostbusters and the cutesy Marshmallow titan, but Comic-Con 2014 will see these guys return with a few new touches.
For one, all the Ghostbusters will either be slimed or covered in Stay Puft ectoplasm, while the Marshmallow Man himself can glow in the dark. Some things are just too cute to function!
Honorable mentions: Funko Pop!'s 'Frozen' crew and Luke Skywalker vs. the Wampa.

'Star Wars' Jabba the Hutt Set
$64.99While it's still unclear what we'll take in from 'Star Wars: Episode 7' at Comic-Con -- if anything at all -- we can still take home new bits and bobs, including one killer Jabba set.
As part of Hasbro's "Black" series of toys, this Jabba the Hutt set includes the man (alien?) of the hour, his hookah pipe, Salacious Crumb, and even room for that carbonite Han Solo figure some of you already purchased.
It also comes in one snazzy case that you might hesitate to tear open. A limited number of sets will be sold after Comic-Con on HasbroToyShop.com.

'Transformers' Dinobots Action Figure Collection
$159.99, Booth 3329The Dinobots are here to stay. After wrecking up the place in Michael Bay's 'Transformers: Age of Extinction,' Grimlock, Strafe, Slug and Snarl have set their sights on San Diego as part of Hasbro's exclusive Comic-Con dealings.
This set is a throwback to the Generation 1 versions of these iconic 'bots from the '80s, and the packaging even transforms into the Autobot Ark and Mount St. Hilary, as portrayed in the Generation 1 animation.

'X-Men: Days of Future Past' Minimates
$20, Booth 2607Recreate that classic comic book cover, and reenact that famous story that inspired the hit 'X-Men' movie of the year.
Diamond Selects is offering these 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' Minimates at this year's Comic-Con. While these versions of Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Mystique and one mean Sentinel aren't inspired by Bryan Singer's film version, their comic book heritage will allow you to relive the original story. After all, Kitty was the face of this tale, not Wolverine!
- 6
The Infinity Gauntlet Set
$74.99, Booth 3213Thanos may be after all the Infinity Gems, but you can catch 'em all at this year's Comic-Con. While this big bad is making waves on-screen as the overarching villain to The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, Hasbro will be releasing his ultimate weapon, The Infinity Gauntlet, at this year's convention, along with four figures of Thanos, his protégé Nebula (played by Karen Gillan in James Gunn's film), Starfox, and Thanos' love interest, The Mistress of Death.

Darth Vader Die-Cast Hot Wheels Car
$40, Mattel Booth'Star Wars' is now leading the way ...
For the first time, the 'Star Wars' franchise and Mattel's Hot Wheels brand are teaming up to create one sleek ride this side of the galaxy far, far away. Comic-Con 2014 attendees will be able to get a hold of this lil' Sith gem, along with its accompanying Sith Lord lightsaber casing with lights and sounds.
Honorable mention: Hot Wheels' James Bond-inspired Aston Martin
- 8
Batman: Arkham Origins Figure
$99.99, Booth 3829While we may have to wait until 2015 to get our hands on the Batman: Arkham Knight video game, we can take home the masked vigilante in his earlier years at Comic-Con. A Square Enix exclusive, this Batman: Arkham Origins action figure was created with all the details -- from the flexible chest material to the limited color variant -- befitting the Caped Crusader and one of the most popular game franchises.
Only 1,000 units of this particular Batman will be offered at this year's Comic-Con, but you can reserve your own by pre-ordering it HERE. (Note: the last time we checked, there were 500 available to pre-order.)
- 9
Dany's Dragons
$35 each ($90 for all three), Booth 2615Let's remember the good times: the times when Dany's dragons weren't larger than horses and weren't torching the countryside of Meereen. Remember when Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion first hatched in 'Game of Thrones' and wanted so desperately to belch sparks but so adorably couldn't? Well, as any crazed Mother of Dragons would appreciate, these babes have been immortalized in infant form with these statuettes from Dark Horse Comics. Now your children will never have to grow up and force you to chain them up in the dungeons.

Replica of Adam West's Batman Belt
$125, Mattel BoothAdam West's portrayal of Batman is iconic. So iconic, in fact, that DC is re-releasing all his TV episodes in one handy set, to be previewed at Comic-Con 2014. While you'll no doubt be busy binge watching them upon release, why not do so while wearing a replica of West's Bat-belt?
In addition to that Darth Vader Hot Wheels car, Mattel is also offering Adam West's Batman Utility Belt that has insane storage space -- four pouches and four tubes. You'll have no problem carrying around the accompanying 12-inch, foldable Batarang.

R2-D9 USB Car Charger
$40, Booth 3849This lil' guy will make it much more easy to imagine your car as a Starfighter with your very own droid working around the clock to keep your craft in tip-top shape.
ThinkGeek has a couple cool exclusives coming to this year's Comic-Con, but the R2-D9 USB Car Charger is a must-have. It makes the famous sad droid whistle when devices are low on battery, and it perks back up when it begins charging them. It can fit right into the adapter plug-in spot in your car, and will make all kinds of sounds and emit lights when attached.

'Pacific Rim' "End Titles" Jaeger Action Figures
$60, Booth 3145Now that Guillermo del Toro is officially working on 'Pacific Rim 2' for April 7, 2017, it's time to revisit those Jaeger robots.
NECA took the three most recognizable Jaegers -- Gipsy Danger, Crimson Typhoon and Striker Eureka -- and decked them out in black and glow-in-the-dark visors just for the Comic-Con 2014 attendees. This three-figure set also comes with collectible packaging and recreates the end-credits sequence of the film.
Honorable mention: NECA's Ahab 'Predator' Figure
