Circuit Court Cases From June 7

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from June 7:

Robert Lee Brandkamp, Jr.: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked. Mr. Brandkamp was sentenced to an additional 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Ahmad Dupree: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to four 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four counts of DWR.

Angela R. Haney: age 38, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Jessica Henderson: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.

Ian M. Pennington: age 23, Sedalia, Mo was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 ITC on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Robert Puckett: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Harassment.

Crystal Summers: age 41, Marshall, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 ITC for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

William R. Taylor: age 49, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Resisting Arrest, 1 count Burglary in the 2nd Degree and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Amber Vanalstine: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing and Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Justin K. Workman: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. In addition, Mr. Workman was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Dalton Wright: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Bradley D. Kumberg: age 50, Edwards, MO was sentenced 20, 15, 7 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (1 count Trafficking in the Second Degree, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam, 1 count Burglary and 1 count Stealing. In addition, Mr. Kumberg was sentenced to two consecutive 7 year sentences and one 5 year sentence the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
