A Barnhart man was killed in a two-truck crash that occurred Thursday in St. Louis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2012 Chevy Silverado, driven by a 30-year-old man from Farmington, was on Tesson Ferry Road, south of Walden Ridge Road (southeast of Fenton) around 1:30 p.m., when the Silverado crossed the center of the roadway and struck a northbound 1998 GMC 400, driven by a 57-year-old man from Barnhart.

The Barnhart man was transported to Barnes Jewish Hospital by Mehlville EMS, but later pronounced dead at 4:10 p.m., by Dr. N. Welko. The man was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.
