It's time for an annual event at the University of Central Missouri. UCM will play host to the fun family event that brings the campus and local community together.

For the 15th consecutive year, Get The Red Out kicks off to celebrate the spirit of the campus along with a new academic year. Thousands will flock to the streets of Warrensburg for the celebration. The day coincides with the first home football game for the UCM Mules. A collaborative effort between the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce and UCM unites for a special day of activities at Holden Street, between South and Clark streets.

According to a press release from the University of Central Missouri, the day will include the following:

Get the Read Out includes inflatables and games for kids; participation by dozens of local organizations and vendors; hoop shooting with the Mules and Jennies basketball teams, and more.

That evening the Mules will take on the Fort Hays State University Tigers. The game starts at 7pm at the Audrey J. Walton stadium.
