Three Injured in Pettis County Head-on Crash
Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday in Pettis County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2003 GMC Envoy, driven by 24-year-old Ariel N. Harrelson of Warrensburg, was at Missouri 127 and Route AA (West 32nd Street) just before 6 p.m., when Harrelson pulled into the path of a southbound 2018 GMC Terrain, driven by 21-year-old Cade M. Homan of Sedalia.
The Envoy struck the Terrain head-on, according to the report.
Harrelson suffered moderate injuries and was transported by EMS to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.
Homan and his passenger, Payton E. Goetz, both of Sedalia, suffered minor injuries. Both were transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center.
Both vehicles were totaled and towed by Don's Truck Towing.
Pettis County Deputies assisted the Patrol.
