After a nearly decade-long hiatus, Shania Twain returned to country music as a resident performer in Las Vegas. And now, the 'Any Man of Mine' hitmaker has added 22 new dates to round out the first year of her two-year stint as a Las Vegas headliner.

Superstar Shania Twain has never been one to do things small, but she topped herself on Wednesday (Nov. 14) by arriving for her upcoming Las Vegas residency on horseback -- accompanied by a herd of an additional 40 horses.

It’s been more than five years since Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have toured together domestically, but the first couple of country music is reprising their wildly popular Soul2Soul co-headlining tour as part of a residency venture with the Venetian Las Vegas. The extravagant stage production will kick off on Dec. 7 and will run through April 2013.

Just as we thought Garth Brooks‘ Wynn Las Vegas Encore Theater residency was coming to an end, the iconic entertainer has released a string of new dates for the stage show, which will take place between September and November of 2012.
