Lady Antebellum will have plenty of Christmas cheer to spread this year. Their first holiday album, 'On This Winter's Night,' released on Monday (Oct. 22), and now the trio is planning a special holiday concert in their hometown of Nashville to commemorate it.

Eli Young Band spent their Monday afternoon celebrating their latest chart-topping hit, ‘Even if It Breaks Your Heart.’ The band, as well as the song’s two writers — Eric Paslay and Will Hoge — gathered at Nashville’s CMA headquarters to honor the song and all the key people who helped take it all the way to the top.

When McGraw announced more than halfway into his set that he had a “special surprise” just for the Nashville crowd and began to sing the beginning of his duet with Hill, ‘I Need You,’ nobody had to wonder any longer.
