Heavy rain showers didn't stop country music fans who'd come from all over to see Willie Nelson on Thursday night. Thousands packed Hunter Mountain in New York for the inaugural Taste of Country Music Festival. Ponchos, umbrellas, cold beverages and great country music kept fans in good spirits while the LoCash Cowboys, Parmalee and Nelson took the stage.
Before kicking off the inaugural Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter, N.Y. on Thursday night (June 13), Chris Lucas and Preston Brust of the LoCash Cowboys told Taste of Country that one song from their new album could be the 'Duck Dynasty' theme song, should the popular A&E show ever need another. That turned into something of a prophetic statement.
The Locash Cowboys put on a great show this past Saturday night (Dec. 15) at the Liberty Center. Part of the night's festivities was a silent auction, which included a couple of LoCash autographed guitars. The proceeds went to the Sedalia Lions Club Coats and Shoes program.
