The Salvation Army of Sedalia is always busy working on helping people here in our area. They offer lots of dinners, but coming up on April 20 they have a free Easter dinner. Not only can you enjoy the food, but you can also volunteer with the meal itself.

Move over Easter Bunny, the Prize Bunny is coming to town! The Prize Bunny Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Bing’s Grocery Stores begins Monday, April 7.

Several Easter Egg hunts that were scheduled over Easter weekend. Each year the Sedalia Parks and Rec puts on an egg hunt the weekend before. However, snow cancelled it and moved it to today (Mar. 30). The National Weather Forecast had originally said the forecast for rain wasn't supposed to come until the afternoon, but it showed up just before 10 a.m.

You may or may not know this, but my faith is very important to me. Today is Good Friday, and the day that Christ died for my sins and yours.

It's Easter weekend, and we all know what that means -- time to eat some ham and get your crunk on. We've always said if you aren't risking an insulin coma, you aren't really drinking, so here are some Peeps-themed cocktails to prove you love Easter but hate your body...

In case you haven't noticed, costumed characters can be super creepy. Remember those scary Santas? It's the stuff of nightmares. Unfortunately, the Easter Bunny is no exception.

If you haven't seen this before, now is the time to watch it. It's a piece of video art by Lernert Engleberts and Sander Plug as part of a preschool art project called "Big Art for Little People."

Easter's right around the corner, so it's time to get into the holiday spirit. Create some awesome eggs, stuff yourself with Peeps--whatever floats your Easter boat. If none of this prep works for you though, we say take a cue from these Easter bunny babies.
