From time to time, we're all bound to fight a bit with our family, friends, co-workers, significant others, whoever. And sometimes those arguments are necessary and healthy. But sometimes....they're just pointless.
Here at our radio stations, computers are everywhere. They are part of our everyday operations. We use our websites, Twitter, Facebook, the lot. And the other day, our friend Rob was using one of those communal computers and left his Facebook account logged in. So I left a little joke message on his profile.
The Sedalia City Council met last night (May 23) to once again discuss the idea of a smoke free Sedalia. The pre-council meeting was a lively session of debate among the seven members in attendance, with the council clearly still split on the issue as they were at the work session earlier in the month.
While everyone else was sitting around making jokes about horses and bayonets, the 'Autotune the News' folks were working hard to turn Monday night's debate into a song. This is what they came up with.
Things kicked off around 9 p.m. Eastern in Danville, Kentucky, on the campus of Centre College, with Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan meeting for their one and only debate during this election campaign...
