Note to Mother Nature…

Please make up your mind! We're not picking what restaurant we're wanting to eat at for lunch. It's not a decision between the short sleeved frock and the long sleeved sweater. (well...yes, yesterday it was!) Please make up your mind and stay with cooler fall-like weather, or give us another six weeks of summer so we can run to the store and make sure we have enough sunscreen and allergy medicine to get us through! (I hope I didn't make her mad)

A cold front, currently moving through KC and surrounding areas, will finally break the heat we have had the past few days. This front will stall in southern MO though, bringing chances of rain and a few storms to East/Central KS and Central MO on Wednesday. No severe weather is anticipated at this time. The front will then continue on its way south early Thursday, allowing for the clouds to clear and slightly below normal temperatures. We can then expect sunny skies and normal temperatures for the weekend.
