Mizzou Graduate Quits Her Job by Posting Interpretive Dance Video

Turns out the latest viral video sweeping the web has a Missouri tie-in. The star of the video, 25 year old writer Marina Shifrin, is a graduate of the University of Missouri. I wonder if that's where she learned her dance moves too?

In the video, Marina explains that she has put a lot of time and energy in to her job, but all her boss cares about is the quantity of views their videos they make get, not the quality. So she quit by making a video of her own. A funky fresh dance video!

Some people think her video was disrespectful, but I don't really see a problem with it. There are a lot nastier things she could have done than just dancing around the office to a Kanye West song. To me, she was just proving a point. As of Wednesday, the original video had over 8 million views. To me it wasn't particularly funny or anything, but I don't see a problem with it.
