It seems Little Big Town will get a little creepy in their latest video, 'Tornado,' set to release on Wednesday (Oct. 31). The eerie trailer for the video shifts through a series of classic Americana-styled scenes, including a clanging gate, crows, windchimes blowing in the strong breeze and a young girl jumping rope and playing hopscotch as the wind from an impending storm picks up. Various townspeople are seen looking up with awed expressions as the sky gets darker.

The video is ultimately the story of a woman scorned. She is shown sitting in a bedroom, looking forlorn, before it becomes clear that a sinister man, portrayed by actor Johnathon Schaech ('That Thing You Do,' 'Prom Night'), is holding her captive. It's apparently up to the fearless country quartet to come to the rescue.

The clip was filmed in Watertown, Tenn., where a number of country videos -- including Carrie Underwood's 'Jesus Take The Wheel,' Taylor Swift's 'Safe and Sound' and Garth Brooks' 'Wrapped Up in You' -- were also filmed. 'Tornado' was directed by Shane Drake, who has also directed videos for Brantley Gilbert, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Paramore and Fall Out Boy.

Little Big Town's 'Tornado' album remained atop the Billboard Country Albums chart for five weeks. The first single from the album, 'Pontoon,' became the group's first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
