State Fair Community College will hold a second public focus group meeting Dec. 11 to get community input for a new 15-year campus master plan.
The meeting is planned from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Heckart Science and Allied Health Center, Thompson Conference Center A, on the Sedalia campus.
The SFCC Board of Trustees recently hired The Clark Enersen Partners (CEP) of Kansas City to complete a comprehensive campus master plan.
The plan will encompass the Sedalia campus, the McLaughlin building in downtown Sedalia and the Energy Innovation Center located northwest of Sedalia. It will include facility assessments, space inventory and needs analysis, traffic flow and parking, landscape and architecture branding opportunities, future building sites, and five- and 10-year phasing recommendations.
