In observance of the 19th Annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day, the Sedalia Senior Center is hosting a Dog Walk at the Katy Depot to get our communities seniors active. There will be representatives from Humana and Silver Sneakers to help kick off the event. Thank you for your help and support. It'll be held at the Sedalia Katy Depot, 600 E. 3rd St from 9 am to 10 pm. Don’t have a dog, that’s okay, come anyway! All ages welcome. They'll have :
- Fitness information
- Dog treats
- Snacks and water
In case of inclement weather, we will walk in the community center gym at 312 S. Washington St.
