A Pettis County Vietnam Veterans Luncheon will be held Saturday, July 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Celebration Center, 1701 W. 32nd, Sedalia.
Pettis County Vietnam Veterans will be honored by the Osage Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution with a Commemorative Luncheon. Whether our Veterans were stateside or on foreign soil, enlisted or drafted, we wish to honor all who served during the conflict for their service and sacrifice more than 50 years ago. (Department of Defense: “Living United States veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period of November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location, are welcome”)
The Daughters of the American Revolution are Commemorative Partners with the Vietnam War 50th Commemoration office within the Department of Defense.
