Behka’s Enquiring Minds Recap: Week of July 28 [OPINION]

Here’s a look at some of your answers on this week’s round of Enquiring Minds.

On Monday, I asked you guys about the phenomena of “Binge-Watching”.  You know what that is, it’s watching two hours or more of the same show in a row.  I know I do that with American Pickers and anything on Investigation Discovery.  You guys do it, too!

 Crime shows

Everybody Loves Raymond

Grimm

Game of Thrones

Walker, Texas Ranger

Bob’s Burgers

Survivorman

Archer

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Bones

Pretty Little Liars

House Hunters

Big Bang Theory

Dateline

And that’s just some of your answers. It’s good to know I’m not alone in my vegging out.
On Tuesday, I asked you guys about the movies. Or more specifically, the biopic of your life. Who would you want to play you in the movie of your life story?  Now for me, I think I’m kinda reaching for the stars a little bit, maybe some wishful thinking. I chose Christina Hendricks from Mad Men.

As for your answers, they were just as intriguing as normal!

Amanda Bynes back in her good days.

Yeah, back when she was still on Nickelodeon instead of the wacky tobaccy. It’s so strange how quickly they can turn from normal to funky weird, huh?

Jennifer Aniston

Now there’s a classic choice. Funny, smart, and cute without looking like someone had to slather seven pounds of makeup on her.

Me. I very much like the idea of making a movie-sized paycheck for being myself.

Hey, why didn’t I think of that?! I’ll take that big ol’ paycheck anyday.

On Wednesday, I asked you about the vegetables that you eat around the house.  What’s the least favorite veggie in your household?

Brussel Sprouts and Peppers! Yuck!

I don’t know if I can tell you that I’ve had Brussel Sprouts, but they were definitely the most frequent answer on this list. Now peppers, I think I can enjoy them if they’re made right.

Spinach & Brussell Sprouts

See, I’ve discovered why I didn’t like spinach in my childhood. I was almost always given canned spinach that was pretty mushy. If I have fresh spinach lettuce in a salad now, it’s great. But it has a crunch to it, that’s the key.

On Wednesday I started to feel a little sick, and by that afternoon I had a full on fever. I called the doc, talked to the nurse, and she told me what to take to break it. I spent pretty much the next twenty four hours asleep. So Doug had to fill in.

And now you can join me next week for more surveys and questions. Go and fill out any of the older ones you missed, and get some points.

Questioningly yours,
Behka
