A Windsor woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday night in Pettis County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a westbound 1977 Dodge Fargo RV, driven by 30-year-old Justin T. Lindsey of Windsor, experienced a mechanical failure and was struck from behind by a westbound 2006 Kia Sorento, driven by 30-year-old Gloria M. Taylor of Windsor.

The incident happened at 10:45 p.m. on Missouri 52, east of Route E.

Taylor suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment. Both drivers were wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash.

The RV had extensive damage while the Kia was totaled. Both were towed from the scene by Don's Truck Towing.
