The University of Central Missouri Jennies are ranked seventh in the nation according to the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll.

The Jennies finished the 2018 season as NCAA Central Region Champions and a 19-5-1 record. The number one ranked team in the preseason poll this year is last years runner up to the National Championship Grand Valley State. National Champion Bridgeport ranks second. They are followed by UC-San Diego, Columbus State and Bloomsburg to round out the top-five. In conference, The Bronchos of Central Oklahoma are the only other team to rank in the top 10 of the preseason poll. This according to an article on UCMathletics.com.

The Jennies return three Mid America Intercollegiate Athletics Association  All-MIAA performers from last season: Allysa Gann, Skylar Drum and Makayla Toth.

The Jennies kick off the season on Thursday September 5 at 3:00PM CDT against Southwestern Oklahoma State. The Jennies play their home games at the South Recreation Complex in the Southeast part of Warrensburg. Junction of Highway 13 South & DD Highway.
