Police in Sedalia and Warrensburg have asked for the public's help in identifying people in two separate cases.

Authorities in Benton County are searching for one man who was driving a stolen truck.

Hunter Hayes is not only celebrating his very first Top 5 hit single this week with ‘Wanted,’ but he is also basking in the joy of having his very first platinum-selling single with the same song. ‘Wanted’ has officially sold over one million copies, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Yesterday I asked which restaurants you would like to see come to Sedalia.  There was certainly no shortage of answers.  Overall, 20 different franchises were mentioned.  Here are the top five:

We've covered shopping, so let's continue the pipe dream by bringing some new restaurants to town.  There was much excitement recently with the opening of Panera Bread Company and Freddie's Steakburgers, and we already have some great places to eat, but there are a few places that would be pretty great if we had them in town.
