Trash

Unlike many strange Missouri laws that are rarely enforced, this one is more serious and likely to garner you unwanted police attention. It is very much possible that you're doing something illegal if you make your child take the trash out in one specific and common scenario.

I was always taught to throw away my trash. That's a good idea with the exception of like a billion items that are actually against the law to throw away in Wisconsin. Toss these things and you'll face consequences.

I am sometimes guilty of not throwing enough stuff away as the phrase "pack rat" has been used to describe me. However, I'm safer than most in Missouri as there is a long list of things you can't legally throw away without facing consequences if you're caught.

It's spring, and that means it's time to clean out your garage or basement and get rid of that old furniture that's been sitting on your back porch.

I actually thought about using an old pill bottle to put maybe some candies in. That might look odd, though, me sitting at my desk eating Skittles out of an aspirin bottle.

The trash pandas were back. And it proved to me that the money I pay the garbage company for one of those garbage carts is worth it.

The City of Sedalia is suspending curbside recycling and alley collection of garbage effective Tuesday March 24.

What do you do with old cleaning products? Old batteries? Antifreeze? Garden Pesticides etc. when you don't want or need them anymore.

It's fall cleanup time in Warrensburg, and the city will be going around to collecting bigger items that you can't put out with your normal trash.
