There's some good news for Tim McGraw that spells bad news for his former label, Curb Records. The two sides have been embroiled in years of legal battles, and the latest victory falls in favor of the country singer.

Scotty McCreery's former manager is claiming that the singer didn't pay him for services in a lawsuit filed last week in Davidson County, Tennessee. Todd Cassetty is seeking actual, consequential and punitive damages from the 2011 'American Idol' winner, whom he began working with last October.

Randy Travis was arrested last August for a DWI, obstruction and retaliation after crashing his Trans Am, then verbally threatening the police officers who responded to the scene. The singer was naked at the time of his arrest, and now he has filed suit against the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Office of the Attorney General to prevent the release of the arrest video.
