KIX Night at the Races

Wow, what a week!  No temperatures in the 90s and lows in the 60s.  I can deal with this.  Let me tell you, with temps like that, everyone has been out and about.

You could hear the engines roaring well into the night in Wheatland, Mo. as KIX listeners were treated to a night at the races down at Lucas Oil Speedway.  Complete with boat races, the Hickory County fair and go-karts, race fans had a blast with an entire day of action packed family fun.  We even took some listeners down there in style on the KIX 105 Patry Bus, courtesy of Ditzfield Transfer Inc.

Wow, what an awesome day at the Sedalia Rod & Gun Club!  Last Saturday, we had about 300 people show up to the event, with over 100 of them fishing at one time.  The Kansas City Retrievers Club put on Retriever exhibitions, and those dogs are awesome.  All of the archery events were a big hit.  The Traveling Panthers Little League Team provided lunch.  We had kettle corn, bounce houses, vendor
