So you're driving down the street on a hot summer day. You pull up to the stoplight in a line of traffic. Your air conditioner is cranked as you try to find some relief from the sun. You look down at your dash and the display shows that it's 93 degrees, but wait you look up at one of the local banks and it says it's 97. As you pull forward with the flow of traffic you see another bank sign and it's showing the temperature at 98 degrees. Which one is right?

You don't have to have access to a school cafeteria to get that unique rectangle school pizza. You can make it at home.

The area is under an excessive heat watch through Saturday. Here are some things you can do to keep you and your pets healthy in the heat.

It's so hot that one man totally lost his cool.

There have been far too many stories in the news this summer about parents leaving their kids in the car while they go in and shop. This is not okay! We all know that a quick trip in the store can end up being much more than that.

Brent Musburger drooled over Katherine Webb during this year's BCS title game.  ESPN even apologized for the comments he made.  They didn't have to.  Webb, the reigning Miss Alabama and girlfriend of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron, was actually flattered.

I have been known to love spicy food and spicy sauces over the years.  However I have to admit that mild has been the way I roll in recent years. I took the family out to Boonville and Columbia last weekend and tried Buckhingham’s Smokehouse BBQ.  I am not going to do a formal review of the place, but I do want to talk about the sauces.
