As you've probably heard a time or two by now, our Show Me Honor Flight Radiothon is coming up on Thursday, Nov. 6.  Now in case you've been living under a rock, I thought I'd take a second to tell you what we're doing and why we're doing it.

Show Me Honor Flight veterans were welcomed home last night (Oct. 29), and what a welcoming they received! As they exited of I-70 from their all day event, they were greeted by 25 roaring motorcycles waiting for them at Marshall Junction to escort them home. It was a beautiful evening to welcome home the 12th Honor Flight in Sedalia, Mo. They were escorted by a group of about 75 local motorcycle riders from Marshall Junction to Sedalia on Tuesday night (Sept. 3).

The 2013 Show Me Honor Flight veterans returned to Sedalia late last night after their trip to visit their memorials in Washington D.C.  With financial support from the community, the veterans visited the WW II, Korean and Vietnam war memorials.
