Carrie Underwood may be a world-famous star now, but before her 'American Idol' days, she attended Northeastern State University, majoring in mass communications with an emphasis in journalism. Although she took some time off for 'Idol,' she finished up her degree in 2006, and finally put it to use Monday (Aug. 12) on 'Good Morning America.'
