Youth deer season is finally here.  Make sure to come on out to Auto Glass Express on West 50 Hwy this Saturday (Nov. 2) for lunch during youth deer hunting. We're having a fish fry with all the fixins and door prizes for the kids.

The Place at the Lake is a great organization down in Lincoln that works diligently for domestic violence awareness. They provide support, help, shelter and encouragement to those affected by domestic violence. They're reaching out to the folks of Pettis County and Sedalia with their new fundraiser, and it looks like it'll be a lot of fun!

Kids, I admit I am not too much of a sportsperson.  I do learn a little something every day about hunting and fishing and whatnot thanks to our Insights program (and thanks to Dan's RV in Warsaw), but I don't get out and do too much of it myself.
